Zachary Allera
Associate
Zachary Allera joined Dynasty as an associate in October 2006. At Dynasty,
Zach is responsible for due diligence analysis of the firm's merchant banking
investments, including those in real estate, consumer products and financial
services sectors. He also oversees the firm's marketing and presentation
materials to potential clients as well as its Web presence. Zach’s focus is on
startups, mergers and acquisitions and international and Asian corporate finance
matters.
Upon graduation from college, Zach began his career in real estate, serving
as a mortgage broker for several large financial services firms, including, San
Diego based Pacific Capital Mortgage. During the course of his career, he has
advised on numerous real estate transactions valued in excess of $30 million,
while also being responsible for client services and development and transaction
execution for banks and other lending institutions. Working with banks and other
lending institutions, Zach brings deep experience and understanding of
transaction execution from initial client contact to closing.
