Jr. Analyst

Yishi Zuo joined the firm in June 2007 as a Summer Intern upon his graduation from Campolindo High School. He currently serves as a Junior Analyst responsible for conducting extensive company and industry research, utilizing our proprietary methodologies analysis. He interacts with financial services and legal professionals, client's and public relation/trade show and other third-party professionals. His other responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s website development and implementing information technology systems, developing and marketing presentation documentation. Utilizing his fluency in both Mandarin and English, Yishi assists the firm's clients with transactions regarding prospective partners and in preparing for due diligence reviews for the negotiation of a variety of corporate finance transactions and start ups to international public companies.

Yishi is currently attending the University of California at Berkeley on a National Merit Scholarship and as a Regent's Scholar. He has had an outstanding high school career, achieving a 4.3 cumulative GPA which ranked him in the top 1% of the class and scoring 2370 on the 2400 SAT1 scale. At Campolindo high school, he served as an active student leader, leading his school to the national Quiz Bowl competition as well as the county Mock Trial competition. Yishi was profiled by Bay Area print and media outlets for his substantial community and academic accomplishments. Remaining active in community and civic duties, he provides leadership in improving the undergraduate environment as President of the Deutsch Cheney Hall Association at Berkeley. Yishi continues to work for the company on a part-time basis and contributes in many aspects during the school year.
