Managing Director
David Chin is an experienced financial executive with broad
experience involving the commercial real estate and personal consumer
services industries, with training from working as a CPA for Ernst &
Young and in finance for Disney, YIPES Communications and other
entrepreneurial enterprises. Moreover, David has significant
operating experience throughout all of the multiple states of growth for
an enterprise from start-up to Fortune 100 status.
Mr. Chin is the founder and chief strategist of Green Cleaners Inc.,
where he has led the continuous acquisition of personal consumer
services firms in the Southern California area and is active in all
parts of multimillion dollar residential and commercial real estate
development. David has also founded a unique internet portal
currently in stealth mode. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in both New
York and California, David is a graduate of the University of Vermont
and works out of the firm's San Diego office.
