Chin)Sung Chin joined Dynasty in September 2001 as the Vice President of
Finance. In her capacity with Dynasty, Ms. Chin is responsible for the
administration of Dynasty's financing needs. In client matters, Ms. Chin also
coordinates financial due diligence procedures.
Ms. Chin previously had served for four years at Sony Pictures
Entertainment. Most recently at Sony, she was the Finance Manager for the
studio's Worldwide Television Operations. She was responsible for the evaluation
of mergers and acquisitions as well as managing Sony's investment in various
channels in Europe and India. Most notably, Ms. Chin advised on the $2.7B sale
of Telemundo Communications Group, the second largest Hispanic-language networks
in the United States, to National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC). Previous to
Sony, Ms. Chin began her career at Ernst and Young LLP, providing corporate tax,
audit and consulting services to public and private companies in the real estate
industry.
She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Ms.
Chin has a BA in Business Administration from Calfornia State University,
Fullerton.
