Dynasty allows the client the option of engaging Dynasty either to act as an
overall corporate advisor (the “quarterback”) or to address the specific
opportunities that he or she is currently facing. Often times business leaders
initially engage Dynasty for a specific problem and then later re-engage the
firm once targets, such as fund-raising or partnership development, have been
met.
Financial Model Creation
Dynasty will assist in the creation of a financial model for the client. The
delivery is a Microsoft XL spreadsheet containing assumptions and details.
Usually, though not always, Dynasty works with internal resources to develop
such a plan, which can then be used for capital raising or any other use the
client sees fit.
Capital Raising Strategy
Once a financial model has been created Dynasty will help develop a strategy to
optimally fund the firm. Dynasty assists in answering key questions including:
- How much capital should be raised?
- What targets or benchmarks should be met for different financing rounds?
- Who are appropriate financing sources for each round?
- What strategic partners or relationships would enhance the value of the
firm?

provide information to help the firm select and develop the most attractive
market for its products.
Business Plan Development
Developing a strong business plan is the foundation for the success of any
organization. Dynasty can assist in the preparation of a business plan or help
revise an existing business plan. The deliverable is a Word document. The plan
can be used by the company for capital raising purposes, partnership
opportunities, or internal planning.
Investor Presentation Development
Distilling a complex and comprehensive business plan into the key points
investors are seeking is a challenging task that takes great practice. Dynasty
has mastered the nuances of speaking to investors and can assist the firm in
developing a concise and compelling presentation. The deliverable is a
PowerPoint presentation usually containing between ten and twenty slides.
Partnership Development
A successful enterprise requires an ecosystem of partner companies. Dynasty can
help a business to develop appropriate relationships and partnership agreements.
Corporate Strategic Advisor
In lieu of specific service requests, Dynasty can act as an overall Corporate
Strategic Advisor. This option is most appealing to a firm that has substantial
