San Francisco, Calif. - October 19, 2004 - Dynasty Capital Services LLC announced that its Founder and Chairman, Randolph L. Tom, has been elected to the Executive Advisory Board of the Center for the Pacific Rim at the University of San Francisco. Mr. Tom joins a group of distinguished professionals with deep relationships with Asian corporations and executives. The Center for the Pacific Rim promotes understanding, communication and cooperation among the nations, peoples and economies of the Pacific Rim.

Mr. Tom has served as an advisor to the Board of Directors, Chief Executives and senior management of publicly listed multinational firms, including Loral, Globalstar and Seiko. An authority on corporate governance, Mr. Tom serves as an advisor to the Aviator Fund Management, L.P., a private investment company, and Fortify Systems Inc., a software solutions company. A graduate of New York University’s School of Law and the Leonard N. Stern Graduate School of Business, Mr. Tom had served as a partner with an international law firm in Silicon Valley as well as a founding member of a publicly traded wireless communications company. He began his career as a securities lawyer with the New York office of Fulbright and Jaworski.
