Tom, the company's founder and Chairman, has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor at the California New School of Law in San Francisco, CA based in San Francisco after Debrenia Madison, Dean of New College of California School of Law since 1997, extended the offer in December 2006.

Selected by the Law School to teach "Business Associations-Corporations, LLCS ", encompassing a broader area of law to be tested upon for the first time in the July 2007 bar examination, Mr. Tom commented "I am honored by the Dean and the faculty in recognition of my expertise in corporate and securities law.  Hopefully, like my professors at New York University School of Law, I will be able to impart my subject matter knowledge, supplemented by my firsthand experience in corporate law for more than 20 years to a younger generation.  Moreover, I am pleased to have the opportunity to give back to my community by providing quality instruction to potential lawyers that are interested in primarily public service careers.  It is important that the public be served with the highest quality representation possible through the introduction of well-qualified public interest counsel”

Holding a joint degree in business with his jurist doctorate from NYU, Mr. Tom will be teaching the course until May with the objective of helping over 60 students successfully address the subject matter that may appear on the upcoming exam. The New School of Law is the oldest public interest college in the nation and provides ample opportunity for law students to become involved in a variety of public interest pursuits by providing legal services to the poor, criminal defense work, environmental protection advocacy, or advising socially conscious small businesses.
